Services

Everything that keeps the weather out.

Residential roofing and exteriors across eastern Nebraska and western Iowa, from a single repair to a full storm restoration.

01

Roof Replacement

A full tear-off and rebuild: old shingles down to the deck, the deck inspected and repaired where it needs it, then new underlayment, flashing, and shingles. We correct ventilation while the roof is open, because that's a large part of what makes a new roof last. You get a written, line-item estimate before anything is ordered.

02

Storm Damage & Restoration

Hail and high wind rarely announce themselves from the ground. We climb up and inspect the entire house, including roof, gutters, siding and soft metals, and document what we find with photos in a plain-language report. Then we walk you through your options. The decision to file a claim is always yours.

03

Roof Repair

Not every roof needs replacing. Leaks, missing or lifted shingles, failed flashing, and cracked pipe boots are usually fixable, and if that's what your roof needs, that's what we'll tell you. We find the actual source of the water, not just the stain on your ceiling, and fix it once.

04

Gutters

Seamless gutters formed to fit your home, plus gutter guards to keep them clear. Gutters are the part of the roof system everyone ignores until water is sheeting down the siding or pooling at the foundation. We size and pitch them to move water away from the house, then tie them into the roof system properly.

05

Siding

Siding repair and full replacement: hail-dented panels, storm-torn sections, or a whole envelope past its life. Siding and roofing take the same storm, so we look at both while we're up there. Matching an existing profile and colour is the hard part; we'll tell you honestly whether a repair will blend, or whether replacement is the better call.

06

Paint

Exterior painting to protect and finish the envelope: siding, trim, fascia, and soffit. Prep is most of the job: scrape, wash, and prime what needs priming before a drop of finish coat goes on. Clean lines, no overspray on your windows or landscaping, and coverage that outlasts a single season.
